Providing analysis and advice

Since 1998, Lockstep Principal Stephen Wilson has undertaken a range of strategic consulting projects across Asia, and has participated in cyber security policy development at multiple levels of government. He has been engaged by clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, Indonesia and Kazahkstan – as well as by APEC and ASEAN – to provide analysis and advice on digital identity policy, strategy, electronic signature technologies, cross-border interoperability, and PKI governance.

He was an active member of the Asia PKI Forum for three years, and of the APEC eSecurity Task Group for seven years.
