One of Australia's most innovative products

12 Apr 09: Stepwise named by Anthill Magazine amongst Australia's top 25 innovations.

Smart 100

Lockstep’s "Stepwise" has been picked in the top 25 in Anthill Magazine's inaugural Smart 100 Awards, celebrating innovative Australian products.

The Smart 100 was unveiled at a ceremony on Thursday 9 April, 2009, held at LifeLab, Digital Harbour in the Melbourne Docklands.
Leading business magazine Australian Anthill and one of Australia's largest market research agencies Colmar Brunton joined forces to create the Smart 100. The awards process took six months to judge the 861 products entered.

Judging was performed by 1,600 so-called mavens assembled by Colmar Brunton. “Mavens” - first described by Malclom Gladwell in his book “The Tipping Point” - are “intense gatherers of information and impressions, and so are often the first to pick up on new or nascent trends".
