Digital identity

Lockstep can assist with identity management strategy, digital identity policy, risk assessment, authentication technology selection, and governance.

Lockstep's digital identity clients include:

  • National eHealth Transition Authority (NEHTA), where we developed the business case for a proposed new national authentication service for medical professionals, and undetook Threat & Risk Assessment to inform the proposed e-signatures solution
  • Australia Post which undertook R&D in new Internet based digital communications offerings
  • South Australia Health analysing its enterprise-wide PKI requirements and strategy, and subsequently writing their CP, CPS, Root CA Signing Ceremony and End User Ts&Cs
  • Westpac and its proposed Trust Centre
  • Australian Government Management Information Office (AGIMO), where we have helped with a range of topics including national authentication frameworks, smartcards and PKI
  • Internet Industry Association (IIA), for which we developed the architecture and high level business case for a private sector two factor authentication hub
  • the Singapore government's National Authentication Framework, and
  • eASEAN in their harmonisation of cross-border authentication laws and regulations.
